    Position Summary

EKC is looking for a Youth Program Facilitator with experience working with neurodivergent

    • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive program environment.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Programs and EKC staff.
    • Support program preparation, clean-up, communication, and basic documentation.

    • Can balance structure with youth choice and autonomy.
    • Brings enthusiasm for anime, gaming, music, photography, art, or other creative interests.
    • Believes the relationship is as important as the activity.
