Roundabout Theatre Company, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatres, seeks an energetic, self-motivated, and personable individual to join the company as the Education Manager, Community Programs & Engagement.
This person will administer, manage, assess, and produce all Community Partnerships programs including the current audience engagement (Community Nights & Theatre Plus) and public programming (Artist Series & Community Residencies) with our community partners. They will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to explore ways to strengthen existing relationships and build new relationships within our community. This position is part of the Community Partnerships team and reports to the Director of Community Partnerships.

The salary is $65,000 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. This is a full-time position with the standard Roundabout benefits package that includes medical plan, dental, vision, 401k with 5% employer contribution, PTO, LTD, and life insurance.
LOCATION AND HOURS:
Roundabout’s Education Offices are located on the 3rd Floor of the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. An elevator is available for the majority of the time, however, there are times that the elevator is not available. The general schedule is Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm with some weekend and evening hours required. This role is hybrid and requires in person work throughout New York City.
