    Job Description:

    They are responsible for capacity building strategies and developing other methods that strengthen the organization's infrastructure and increase the chances of proliferated sustainability including grant seeking donor engagement and retention.

    They are to work alongside with Resilient administration to interpret data narratives(story telling), create monthly newsletters, and assist with quarterly and annual reporting.

    They are responsible for developing grants, drafting LOI’s, maintaining a calendar of upcoming grants/contracts and keeping a schedule of networking opportunities.

    They are responsible for the website and social media enhancement and engagement. They are responsible for attending all mandatory meetings, training and conferences and communicating information to pertinent staff.
