Music background is not a requirement. The Executive Director (ED) is the primary administrative and operational leader of AMS. This is an extraordinary opening for a success-driven, entrepreneurial type leader to continue the remarkable transformation underway. Supported by a passionate Board of Directors, the ED has a vast opportunity to build upon our incredible reputation and growth, driving the school toward long-term sustainability while leaving a magnificent imprint as a personal professional legacy.

This is a hands-on, high-initiative role; the ED does not just manage operations but serves as the primary catalyst for revenue growth, institutional sustainability, and the professionalization of our development efforts.

• Program Expansion & Enrollment: A two-fold approach focused on both adding new piano programs and maximizing student enrollment within each existing program.
• Philanthropy: Developing donor programs and securing competitive grants.
• Campus Monetization: Marketing the campus to outside organizations for weeks that our piano programs are not in session.

$10K supplement / annually for medical coverage. 4 weeks paid vacation and holidays.
