    Description

Help Build the Next Chapter of GO Campaign’s Global Impact

As GO Campaign celebrates its 20th anniversary and embarks on an ambitious next chapter of growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven fundraising leader to help drive that growth for a globally recognized organization improving the lives of vulnerable children around the world.

With annual revenue of approximately $2 million and a strategic vision to grow to $5 million over the coming years, GO Campaign is looking for a dynamic professional who can expand philanthropic support, deepen donor engagement, and build transformational partnerships with individuals, foundations, corporations, and community leaders.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and partnering with an engaged and fundraising-oriented Board of Directors, the Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships will play a central role in shaping GO’s future growth and impact. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead fundraising strategy, cultivate meaningful relationships with major donors and partners, oversee GO Campaign’s signature fundraising events, and help expand resources for high-impact grassroots initiatives benefiting vulnerable children around the globe.

This is more than a fundraising position. It is an opportunity to help build the future of an organization that believes local leaders are best positioned to solve local challenges and that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

    ABOUT GO CAMPAIGN

GO Campaign is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children around the world by partnering with Local Heroes to deliver local solutions.

Rather than imposing solutions from afar, GO identifies and supports exceptional grassroots leaders who are creating sustainable change in their own communities. Through investments in education, healthcare, child protection, economic opportunity, and other critical programs, GO connects donors directly to high-impact initiatives that transform lives and strengthen communities.

GO’s model empowers supporters to see the tangible impact of their philanthropy while creating lasting opportunities for children and families worldwide.

    POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships will lead GO Campaign’s fundraising strategy and revenue growth efforts during a pivotal period of organizational expansion and serves as the organization’s lead fundraising professional and a key member of GO Campaign’s leadership team.

Working in close partnership with the Founder & CEO, Board of Directors, and staff, this individual will develop and execute fundraising strategies that support organizational growth, increase donor engagement, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand annual revenue.

The successful candidate will oversee all major fundraising activities, including major gifts, foundation support, corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, annual campaigns, and GO Campaign’s annual Gala and related donor events.
