    Role Overview:

    The Systems Analyst will directly strengthen the program's ability to serve users—including teachers, coordinators, and partners. You will ensure that our internal systems (such as the Oyster and Disha portals) function smoothly, identify the root causes of reported issues, and help resolve them quickly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Documentation
    • System Requirements: Translate business requirements into clear system requirements to be used by developers to build or modify IT system functionalities.
    • Testing & Defect Logs: Create test cases, maintain detailed logs of user-reported defects, and track the testing of fixes provided by the support team.
    1. System Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Pilot Environments: Support the development of sandbox or pilot environments for early-stage testing.
    • Bug Tracking: Document, prioritize, and track system bugs and their subsequent fixes.
    • Validation: Validate fixes to ensure overall system stability and performance before final rollout.
    1. Training
    • System Adoption: Support staff and ensure successful system adoption by conducting hands-on training for new or modified IT functionalities.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of workflow design, system integrations, and user-centered problem-solving.
    • Tools: Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA tracking tools, and documentation platforms.
    • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational capabilities.
