    Description

    The Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York (AFFCNY) is seeking Kinship Family Support Specialists to provide case management and support to kinship families through the Kinship Caregiver Support Program. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

    This comprehensive program is designed to respond to the unique needs of relatives raising children and provides family-centered services, including case management, advocacy, caregiver education, support groups, family engagement activities, and referrals to therapeutic services.

    Kinship Family Support Specialists work directly with kinship caregivers and youth to provide guidance, connect families with resources, and help caregivers build the skills and support networks needed to strengthen family stability and well-being.

    We are currently hiring for the following positions:

    Both positions may require occasional evening and weekend hours to support families and program activities.

    The Kinship Family Support Specialist reports to the Program Director and Program Coordinator.

    Level of Language Proficiency
