Organizer (Shelby County)

Organize Tennessee is seeking a dynamic and community-centered full-time Organizer to lead election protection programming, voter turnout initiatives, and redistricting advocacy efforts in Shelby County.

The Organizer will recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to serve as poll observers during election cycles while also building volunteer-led teams focused on increasing voter turnout and civic participation.

This role will support local advocacy efforts related to election administration and redistricting through coalition-building, public engagement, and legislative outreach.
