Director of Development

Gemma Services, a Philadelphia-area nonprofit dedicated to providing vital services for children and families, is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven fundraising professional to join its Development Department as Director of Development.

Reporting to the Chief Development & Communications Officer, this key department leader will have at least 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience and will be responsible for growing philanthropic support through donor engagement, volunteer and gifts-in-kind programs, special events, and community partnerships. The Director will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, supervises one staff member, and works collaboratively across the organization to strengthen relationships, inspire generosity, and advance Gemma’s mission of accompanying individuals and families facing challenging times.

The position is on-site at Gemma’s Plymouth Meeting location.
