    Reports to: Director of Grants and Compliance

    Job Summary

    Women Aware, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to support the development, management, and reporting of government and private grant funding. This role is responsible for ensuring timely submissions, maintaining compliance, and supporting the agency’s funding goals.

    Salary: $55k-$65k

    Key Responsibilities

      • Maintain grant database and track deadlines for proposals and reports
      • Prepare and submit grant reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) in collaboration with program staff
      • Ensure compliance with all government and private funding requirements
      • Assist in the development and submission of grant proposals
      • Maintain grant files, documentation, and reporting materials
      • Serve as liaison between funders, program directors, and internal teams
      • Research and identify new funding opportunities
      • Build and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders
      • Update and maintain grant boilerplate materials
      • Support overall grant management and administrative functions

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Minimum of 2 years of grant writing and management experience
      • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
      • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
      • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
