    Description

    Position Summary: We are seeking a neutral, observant, and professional Supervised Visitation Monitor to facilitate court-ordered visits between children and their non-custodial parents. This is a critical role in our community, helping families maintain bonds in a safe and structured environment while they navigate the legal system. As a grant-funded program, our focus is on providing high-quality, temporary support for families actively progressing through their court cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Active Monitoring: Maintain 100% visual and auditory supervision of visits at all times to ensure child safety and adherence to court orders.
    • Neutrality: Maintain a strictly neutral stance, avoiding personal bias or alignment with either party.
    • Documentation: Write detailed, objective, and court-ready observation reports immediately following each visit.
    • Intervention: Firmly but professionally intervene or terminate a visit if safety protocols or program rules are violated.
    • Sanitization: Ensure all visit rooms are sanitized between visits.
    • Clerical: Answer phone calls and document all conversation in phone logs.

    Qualifications:

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    Must be over 21 years of age.

    Must be willing to complete the Standard 5.20 Training.

    Must have excellent typing skills.

    Level of Language Proficiency

    Fluency in English required; additional languages are highly desirable to support diverse families
