    Our partner organisation is looking for someone to own marketing execution across all their verticals - not oversee it from a distance, but actually drive it. You'll have brand managers reporting to you, a full promotional calendar to deliver against, and the expectation that when something needs to get done, you make sure it does. If you've spent years in execution-heavy marketing roles and know how to hold timelines without losing people, this is worth a look.

    What you'll own

    • Marketing execution across all verticals - plans exist, your job is to make them happen on time and at quality.
    • A team of brand managers reporting directly to you. Their output is your accountability.
    • Promotional calendars, campaign timelines, and priority initiatives - tracked, flagged, and delivered.
    • On-ground events and activations, coordinated in sync with the broader marketing plan.
    • Execution status updates to all stakeholders - regular, clear, and honest about risks before they become problems.
    • Dependency and timeline management across teams - you're the person people come to when something is blocked.
    • Bringing ideas to improve visibility and engagement, not just executing what's handed to you.

    What we're looking for

    • 12-15 years in marketing execution or integrated campaign management - you know what good looks like and you've delivered it under pressure.
    • Experience managing teams. Brand managers reporting to you means you're accountable for their growth, not just their output.
    • Strong on coordination and follow-through. You're the person who closes loops, not the one who leaves them open.
    • Comfortable with high workload and shifting priorities across multiple verticals simultaneously.
    • Clear communicator - with your team, with stakeholders, and with leadership when timelines are at risk.
