The Bud Werner Memorial Library seeks a Facilities Manager to ensure our beautiful library remains a source of joy for everyone who walks through our doors. This position oversees the operation, maintenance, safety and long-term planning of the library’s 35,000-square-foot building, ensuring that all systems–including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security and digital building controls–function efficiently and safely. The Facilities Manager develops and implements preventive maintenance programs, manages vendors and contracts, coordinates capital projects, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Salary: $83,000 - $95,000 annual, depending on experience
Hours/ FLSA: Full-time/Exempt

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, architecture or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and at least 3 years of progressive experience in facilities management may be substituted.
