    Position Summary

    The Director of Business Development & Center Operations serves as the business growth leader for the Healing Center, focused on expanding adult services revenue, increasing community engagement, and driving utilization across programs and offerings. This role is responsible for growing full-paying community participation through strategic sales, outreach, relationship-building, and business development efforts.

    This position leads adult-side community outreach and revenue generation efforts, including increasing bookings for treatments, workplace wellness offerings, classes, retreats, and other Healing Center programs. The role also supports operational coordination of the Healing Center to ensure an exceptional client experience and strong internal alignment.

    Success in this role is measured through key performance indicators including treatment volume, booking utilization rates, workplace wellness partnerships, adult-services revenue growth, new partner development, and community engagement

    This role is responsible for developing and managing its own full-cycle sales pipeline, from prospecting and relationship-building through conversion, stewardship, and ongoing partnership engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Drive growth in Healing Center revenue through proactive sales, outreach, and relationship development
    • Increase full-price bookings for treatments, classes, workshops, and adult wellness services
    • Develop and manage relationships with businesses, healthcare providers, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to increase referrals and partnerships
    • Identify and secure new workplace wellness opportunities, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and adult-service partnerships
    • Support growth of insurance-based services and strategic reimbursement opportunities
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies that increase overall utilization and earned revenue

    Community Outreach & Partnership Development

    • Represent Integrative Touch throughout the community as a relationship-builder, ambassador, and connector
    • Attend networking events, community meetings, wellness fairs, and outreach opportunities to expand visibility and engagement
    • Build partnerships that increase awareness of Healing Center treatments, camps, workplace wellness services, and educational programs
    • Create and maintain strong referral relationships with aligned organizations and professionals
    • Support external workshops, presentations, and educational experiences that generate awareness and participation

    Healing Center Operations & Client Experience

    • Work with Front Desk Operations Manager to ensure a welcoming, high-functioning, and aligned environment
    • Support scheduling coordination, booking optimization, and service flow to maximize client experience and healer utilization
    • Ensure the Healing Center maintains a calm, organized, and professional atmosphere aligned with organizational values

    Healing Team Leadership & Coordination

    • Support onboarding, communication, scheduling coordination, and engagement of Healing Team members
    • Foster accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and strong customer service standards across the team
    • Help facilitate Healing Team meetings, communication, and operational alignment
    • Coordinate healer participation for events, workplace wellness experiences, and community partnerships

    Sales Tracking, Reporting & Performance

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics including:
      • Treatments delivered
      • Booking and utilization rates
      • Workplace wellness events
      • Adult-services revenue
      • Partnership development
      • Client conversion and retention
    • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding growth opportunities and performance trends
    • Support strategic planning and revenue forecasting efforts

    Events, Retail & Community Engagement

    • Oversee and support Healing Center events, retreats, and community experiences
    • Coordinate workplace wellness events and partner retreats hosted onsite or externally
    • Support retail and gift shop strategy to improve engagement and sales performance
    • Ensure a high-quality and professional experience across all community and partner interactions

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in sales, business development, community outreach, or partnership management
    • Experience driving revenue growth, client acquisition, or service utilization
    • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong organizational and operational leadership abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
    • Comfort with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability-driven environments
    • Experience in wellness, healthcare, nonprofit, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred
    • Passion for community wellness, healing-centered work, and relationship-driven impact

    Impact

    This role plays a central part in expanding the reach, sustainability, and community impact of the Healing Center. Through strategic outreach, relationship development, and revenue growth initiatives, the Director of Business Development & Center Operations helps connect more individuals, families, and organizations to Integrative Touch services while strengthening the long-term sustainability of the organization’s mission.
