Description
The HR – Case Management Specialist supports MCC US in promoting, developing, and implementing policies on Abuse of Power (including harassment, racism, SEAH, and fraud). Working on a three-person team with the Case Management Supervisor (lead) and the Canada-based Specialist, this role trains staff, supports policy implementation, tracks and responds to abuse reports, and documents actions taken—primarily for US and International Program cases, with occasional involvement in Canada.
In partnership with MCC’s Safeguarding Coordinator, this position also serves as a global safeguarding expert—advising focal points, aligning policies and procedures, refining training materials, strengthening complaint mechanisms, improving investigative practices, and facilitating global data collection and reporting to ensure accountability.
