Description
We are seeking an extremely bright, dedicated individual with a passion for racial and economic justice and building a movement of Black workers in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has led teams and has strong roots in the community, is a strategic thinker, strong basebuilder & understands the need for short term and long term goals and victories. This role will possess an ability to bring solutions-oriented approaches to dealing with conflicts, is a strong team player, and is committed to their own and the team’s development and growth.
Based on experience, the successful candidate will be hired as an organizing manager or director.

- Compensation and Benefits- You will be paid on the 15th and last day of the month via GUSTO.
