Reporting to the COO’s Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the COO’s calendar and time management; administrative support for the COO and the Operations Team as a whole; some calendar and administrative support for the Chief of Staff; and other duties as assigned. While the reporting structure is that this role reports to the Chief of Staff, we anticipate the Executive Assistant will work collaboratively and directly with both the COO and the Chief of Staff as a functional unit.
The ideal candidate has an ability to anticipate and proactively address needs, a passion for systemizing and organizing, and a willingness to take on tasks of all sizes. A commitment to mission-driven work and alignment with the foundation’s dual mission are also essential for success. This is not an entry level role – it requires a minimum of 6 years in similar roles supporting executives.
