    About The Action Lab

The Action Lab brings together organizations and leaders across disciplines to build stronger, more creative and impactful social justice movements. We strengthen capacity by creating opportunities for leaders to learn, deepen purpose and sharpen strategy. We build power through coordinated organizing campaigns, policy innovation and strategic research. We leverage culture, connecting artists, organizers, and community to inspire action.

    About the Solidarity Organizing Initiative

The Solidarity Organizing Initiative, a project of the Action Lab, is an innovative mass training and organizing initiative. Rooted in the leadership of the strongest immigrant rights organizations in the United States, we branch out to engage tens of thousands of individuals throughout the country to confront the attacks on our neighbors, communities, and democracy. Together, these newly activated individuals and long-standing community organizations form a growing, resilient, decentralized civic infrastructure to foster new leadership, new cross-community solidarity and needed action at scale.
