About the Role
TAP is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and mission-driven Associate Director of Digital Platforms to support and strengthen our digital infrastructure, technology operations, and content distribution systems.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Marketing, this role manages TAP’s digital technology stack and helps ensure our systems, data, and platforms effectively support fundraising, programs, and communications. You will work cross-functionally to implement improvements, maintain data quality, and translate digital insights into action.
This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career professional who enjoys both hands-on execution and growing into more strategic ownership over time. You will receive mentorship while playing a meaningful role in advancing TAP’s mission through strong digital systems.
This is a full-time, remote-first position (40 hours/week; 4 days/week considered), with occasional in-person meetings and events in the NYC metro area. TAP promotes a flexible, trust-based work culture, with an expectation of responsiveness within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities
Technology & Data Support
- Manage and maintain TAP’s core digital platforms, including donor, fundraising, content, and collaboration tools
- Serve as primary owner for tools such as Mailchimp, Vimeo, YouTube, Wix/Weebly/Square, Register.com, YouCanBookMe, Canva, and CapCut
- Provide support for systems including Salesforce, FormAssembly, Qgiv, Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com, and Lattice
- Maintain data hygiene, organization, and security across platforms in alignment with privacy and IT policies
- Organize and manage digital assets across shared drives and media platforms
- Research and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes
Digital Marketing & Content Operations
- Partner with the Marketing team to maintain and optimize TAP’s website using Wix, including functionality and AEO/SEO/GEO best practices
- Support email marketing operations, including list management, segmentation, and engagement tracking
- Manage content distribution across blogs, newsletters, social media, and video platforms
- Maintain a cross-departmental content calendar and assist with light asset creation or video editing as needed
Analytics, Campaigns & Team Support
- Track and analyze performance across website traffic, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Produce regular insights to inform digital improvements and fundraising efforts
- Support digital infrastructure and reporting for fundraising campaigns and donor engagement
- Provide technical onboarding and support for team members, including A/V support for meetings
- Contribute annually to end-of-year giving and Spring Benefit efforts by sharing potential donor or partner contacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in digital platforms, technology operations, or digital marketing
- Comfort working with digital tools, data, and cloud-based systems
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and systems
- Passion for TAP’s mission and commitment to equity and inclusion
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
