Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements of the organization; driving the designing, implementing, and improving software systems to meet the organization's needs; and maintaining and providing end-user support for software systems to promote efficiency and effectiveness to enable SERI’s work. They will need to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and external vendors while actively contributing and providing solutions. They will also provide expertise to help guide strategic planning for future software systems coordination and decision-making.
