    Description

    About FAFCC

The Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (FAFCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit association representing more than 100 free and charitable clinics in all 67 Florida counties. Our member clinics provide high-quality health care to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured Floridians at little to no cost. Since 2014, FAFCC has moved more than $97 million in state grant funding to its members, and every dollar the state invests in FAFCC's clinics returns $19.36 in care. FAFCC strengthens its members through advocacy, grant administration, education, and shared resources, serving as the collective voice of Florida's safety-net clinic community.

FAFCC is a small, fully remote team where every person owns meaningful work and sees the results of it.

    About the Role

The Administrative and Member Engagement Coordinator supports FAFCC's day-to-day operations, member engagement, program administration, and communications. The position provides direct administrative support to the CEO and broader staff team while serving as a responsive first point of contact for members and other stakeholders.

This role owns the accuracy and integrity of FAFCC's membership records, coordinates the annual membership renewal cycle, and helps members stay informed and connected. The Coordinator also supports newsletters, social media, events, Board and committee administration, and assigned grant-funded programs.

    Responsibilities

    Membership Administration and Data Management

    • Own the membership database end to end, ensuring member records, contacts, clinic profiles, and engagement information are accurate, complete, and current (approximately 110 member organizations).
    • Manage the annual membership renewal cycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, reminders, and follow-up.
    • Produce membership reports, rosters, mailing lists, and data summaries for staff, Board, program, and reporting needs.

    Member Engagement and Service

    • Serve as a welcoming and responsive first point of contact for routine member and stakeholder inquiries, responding directly when appropriate and routing specialized requests to the right staff member.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new members.
    • Support member outreach, check-ins, surveys, and engagement activities, and track member participation.

    Executive, Board, and Committee Support

    • Help the CEO track priorities, deadlines, commitments, correspondence, and follow-up items.
    • Coordinate Board and committee schedules, invitations, logistics, and distribution of materials.
    • Handle sensitive organizational, governance, financial, and personnel information with discretion.

    Program and Grant Administration Support

    • Provide administrative and logistical support for grant-funded programs, including maintaining program files, calendars, and supporting documentation.
    • Coordinate with the Senior Director of Operations, Grant Coordinator, and relevant program leads on administrative needs.

    Communications and Digital Engagement

    • Coordinate FAFCC's weekly member memo and other routine email communications.
    • Compile content, edit, format, and schedule newsletters, email announcements, and routine social media content.

    Organizational and Event Support

    • Maintain shared calendars, contact lists, templates, and administrative systems.
    • Support registration, materials, and on-site logistics for FAFCC conferences and events.

    Benefits

A health insurance contribution of $300 per month.

An employer retirement contribution of 3%.

A cell phone allowance of $75 per month.

Paid time off and holidays in accordance with FAFCC policy.
