    Description

New Sector Alliance seeks one or two senior facilitators with expertise in nonprofit collaboration to

help design and deliver the year-long Rhode Island Partnership Pathways Pilot, launching with the

Rhode Island Foundation in January 2027.

The cohort will bring together executive directors and board leaders from environmental justice and

    safety-net/food systems organizations.

The program will help participants understand, assess, and consider collaboration across a

continuum, from peer exchange and resource sharing to shared services, strategic partnerships, and,

    where appropriate, organizational integration.

Success does not require forming a specific collaboration. It may mean building trust, deepening

participants' understanding, and preparing them to evaluate future opportunities.

The program must be rigorous, cohesive, and trust-building while meeting organizations at different

    levels of readiness.

The selected facilitator(s) will work with New Sector Alliance and the Rhode Island Foundation to

shape content, lead cohort sessions, provide expert guidance, and translate pilot learning into insights

    for the broader field.
