    Description

At 12 Plus, we believe in every student’s potential for success. We believe in the power of people to inspire and motivate each other. This is why we take pride in our team, which is available to all students in our partner schools throughout each and every school day. They greet each student on the first day of school and cheer them on through graduation. They are leaders, mentors, tutors, and advocates.

College & Career Coordinators (CCC) work in our partner schools alongside Fellows and Site Directors. As an intermediary between the aforementioned roles, they both provide guidance for new Fellows and learn from Site Directors about the responsibilities of operating a PLUS Center. First and foremost, College & Career Coordinators are expected to be well-versed in postsecondary options for a variety of student populations as well as the processes involved in helping a student actualize their path (applications, FAFSAs, enrollment, etc).
