The Senior Mentor Program Manager is responsible for providing organizational leadership in developing training materials to support mentor participation within TCN and for managing the implementation of the IMPACTS (Increasing Mentor Participation and Commitment to Success) grant. Within participating IMPACTS sites, this includes fostering a community of practice, managing grant deliverables and implementing evaluation and assessment tools and techniques. They will manage the project budget, deliverables, and reporting requirements to the U.S. Department of Justice. They will serve as Geographical Liaison to all IMPACTS grantee sites.
They will serve as The Clubhouse Network’s primary spokesperson on issues of mentor effectiveness while participating in community forums and conferences to establish TCN as a leader in the field of STEM mentoring. They will foster collaboration amongst Clubhouses to facilitate the sharing of best practices in mentoring and career readiness, mentor engagement, and a sustained commitment to TCN design principles.
