The Resource Generation Student Organizing Fellowship is a 12-month, stipended leadership role created to support, deepen, and expand RG’s work on college campuses across the country in our existing chapter regions. RG Student Organizing Fellows can expect to receive organizing training, political education, and leadership development through participation in monthly staff and member-led trainings, dedicated check-ins with RG staff throughout the program year, and through attending RG conferences and workshops.

This position will be supervised by Resource Generation’s College Program Manager, keithlee spangler (they/them) (keithlee@resourcegeneration.org).

During the first four months of the program year, Fellows can expect to learn more about RG’s flagship political education resource, praxis; receive regular coaching from RG staff regarding how to organize on campus; and build relationships with local RG chapters. During the remainder of the program year, Fellows will run RG programming on local campuses and with their other peer networks; recruit for and attend RG’s annual conference, Making Money Make Change; run college praxis in person or virtually; participate in a one-day student organizing retreat; and receive an in-person visit from keithlee.

Applications are open to current or former RG student leaders. Applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students during the majority of the program year.

Priority deadline to apply: April 3, 2026

Note: We believe in cross-class, multiracial, feminist organizing, and especially encourage students of color with wealth and/or class privilege who have been involved with RG to apply. If you have questions about whether or not this role would be a good fit for you personally, please reach out to RG’s College Program Manager, keithlee spangler, at keithlee@resourcegeneration.org.
