Billing & Quality Management Coordinator

We are in search of someone passionate about mental health recovery, skilled in case management, and detail oriented. We are looking for demonstrated abilities or experience in billing and regulatory compliance.

Examples of What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate monthly Medicaid and IPRS billing, reconciliations, reporting, and resolution of billing issues.
• Lead quality assurance activities, documentation compliance, and continuous program improvement.
• Support person-centered service planning, accurate service notes, and compliance with Medicaid/IPRS requirements.
• Maintain records and reports for audits, accreditation, and regulatory oversight.
• Actively participate in the daily operation of Threshold’s Clubhouse, working side by side with members in meaningful, productive work.
• Engage members in unit responsibilities through outreach, encouragement
