Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Program hours: Office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon. to Fri.
Salary: Annualized at $81,443.18 with comprehensive benefits package

Program Description:
The Geel Webster Avenue Apartments is a single site, supportive housing residence with 116 apartment units consisting of studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom units. Seventy (70) units will house chronically homeless individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI), substance use disorder (SUD), or co-occurring SMI and SUD referred from the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA). The remaining forty-six (46) units are devoted to Individuals or households who meet the regulatory bodies’ income and household size requirements / admission criteria.
Supportive case management services are meant to assist individuals to deal with Daily Living Skill concerns as it relates to maintaining themselves and their apartments. The major goal areas are rehabilitation, mental health, physical health and socialization and the objectives may include budgeting, medication management, crisis intervention, prevocational training, entitlements, supportive counseling, group dynamics and referral to appropriate service providers.
Essential Responsibility and Role of a Clinical Coordinator
The Clinical Coordinator job has two major areas of responsibility. They are to assist and assume when needed the program responsibilities of the Program Director and General Case Management responsibilities. The Clinical Coordinator should be able to assume the role of the Program Director in the event of the Program Director’s absence and to assist the Program Director in the performance and duty of the program director’s job. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator will be expected to carry a small caseload providing case management, and supportive counseling and social services and provide supervision to all clinical staff.
- Provide and document individual staff supervision.
- Conduct Quarterly Chart audits and maintain regulatory standards for all case files.
- Co-facilitate weekly team meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements
Masters in human services or related field with one year supervisory experience preferred or Bachelor's degree with three years of experience in social services and one year supervisory experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to access apartments above first floor with or without elevator access.
- Must be able travel to different locations.
