Executive Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.
• Lead all resource development efforts, including fundraising strategy, grant development, donor engagement, sponsorship acquisition, and the cultivation of strategic funding partnerships.
• Oversee clinic operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations.
• Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing staff and volunteer culture.

Serve as the primary ambassador and advocate for Milan Puskar Health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven years or more of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, financial management, and organizational leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
• Passion for healthcare access and serving vulnerable populations.
