    Description

    Position Description

This ongoing, part-time hourly position leads Rain City Rock Camp’s individual giving programs. The Giving Manager will build upon the organization’s giving plan to grow and steward a community of donors at every giving level, from $5 monthly donors to major donors, with the goal to grow major gifts, one time donations, corporate matching and monthly donors. This role also partners with our Board of Directors, training and supporting board members in donor engagement and recruitment.

This position is ideal for a self-directed, relationship-oriented fundraiser who believes every gift matters and who can balance strategy with hands-on execution and team collaboration.

    Relevant Organization Details

Our current 6 year average giving numbers and our growth goals by January 2028 are:

Company Matching: $7,000 grow to $10,000

Individual Contributions (includes monthly donors): $35,000 grow to $50,000

    Major Donors (1K +): $60,000 grow to $100,000

Our current budget is $400,000. Individual Giving and Company Matching 40%, Program and Event fees 15%, and Grants and Corporate Giving 45%. While we have historically been closer to an equal 33% split, our pay-what-you-can model for all programs and events has increased the amount of scholarships offered each year and shifted our income goals to reflect this organizational priority.
