Position Overview
Community Voices Heard is seeking a Lead Organizer for our Hudson Valley chapters to lead small teams of organizers in direct action and policy campaigns to win concrete changes in tenants' lives and policy change at the city and state level. Successful applicants will have experience leading and winning organizing, direct action and/or policy campaigns and engaging in the relational organizing model and building a base of leaders for action.

Compensation
Salary Range is $77,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. Excellent benefits including vacation days, personal days, holidays, medical/ dental/vision healthcare coverage, and 403(b) plan. Normal work schedule is 11:00am - 7:00pm Monday-Thursday and 10:00am-5:00pm on Friday as well as some evening and weekend work.
