    ● Work with staff, board, and volunteers on annual fundraising events, and oversee all external communication

    ● Review, develop, and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including grants, donations, and sponsorships

    ● Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners including Iriving Park Lutheran Church (IPLC). Communicate with IPLC regarding facility use and needs.

    ● Prepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate fundraising results, variances, and performance trends

    ● Provide leadership to and manage the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all programs

    ● Work with Treasurer to ensure timely processing of payroll, invoices, and filings with the State and IRS.

    ● Manage social media accounts, donor database, web site, Constant Contact and online giving platforms
