    Description

    OUR MISSION

Justice Capital is building a new model for community investment. We bring together investors, foundations, and public sector partners to finance community-owned, resilient infrastructure.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a mission-aligned Investor Community Coordinator who will serve as the connective tissue between Justice Capital's investor community. This role is part communications professional, part event coordinator, part community builder — and 100% values-driven.

You'll manage the full arc of investor engagement: from the materials that tell our story, to the events that bring our community together, to the newsletters that keep investors connected to impact. You'll report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with a dynamic team of consultants and organizational partners.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU...

    • Love translating complex ideas into compelling, accessible communications
    • Are a natural project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
    • Have experience working with or alongside investors, foundations, or community-based finance
    • Can manage both the strategic and administrative sides of communications and events
    • Are a problem solver who thinks in systematizing and improving

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all investor-facing materials: presentations, impact reports, newsletters, one-pagers, and website content
    • Lead planning and execution of site visits, conference presentations, and webinars
    • Oversee investor lists, email communications, and CRM upkeep
    • Coordinate social media and digital communications with our consultants
    • Support investor meeting preparation, talking points, and post-meeting follow-up
    • Archive and maintain all written, visual, audio, and video materials

    EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds — what matters most is your demonstrated commitment and track record. We're specifically looking for:

    • 5+ years of administrative, program, or communications experience
    • 4+ years of relationship-building with investors, foundations, community stakeholders, or senior leadership of companies
    • Comfort managing our voice across a portfolio of communications work (social media, documents, newsletters, reports)
    • Comfort working with digital platforms, project management tools, and collaborative software

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 annually (salaried exempt FTE)

Full benefits package through our fiscal sponsor, Movement Strategy Center, include:

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
    • 100% employer-sponsored life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
    • Generous PTO: 13.33 vacation hours/month + 12 sick days + 13 holidays + 2 personal days
    • 403(b) retirement plan, FSA, and Paid Family and Medical Leave

    COMMITMENT TO EQUITY

Justice Capital is a fiscally sponsored project of Movement Strategy Center. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve. People of color, formerly incarcerated and systems-impacted individuals, LGBTQ+ candidates, and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
