Employment Specialist (Supported Employment / Case Manager / Job Coach) – Community-Based
Seattle / Snohomish County
Starting at $55,000 + full benefits

At Cares of Washington, you’ll provide hands-on, community-based support that helps individuals with disabilities find meaningful jobs, maintain employment, and build long-term stability.
This is an active, independent role where you’ll spend most of your time:
- Meeting clients in the community
- Building relationships with employers
- Solving real barriers to employment
What you’ll do
- Help clients find and secure meaningful employment
- Build relationships with local employers (job development)
- Support clients to maintain employment long-term (job retention)
- Assist with resumes, applications, and interviews
- Develop individualized employment plans
- Track services and progress (required documentation)
- Travel within the community to meet clients and employers

You should apply if you have experience in:
- Case management, social services, behavioral health
- Direct support (DSP, caregiver, job coach)
- Sales, outreach, or relationship-based roles
- OR any role where you’ve helped others succeed
No direct experience required—we train the right people.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Ability to work independently
- Pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
