    Executive Director

    North Union Farmers Market (NUFM)

    Cleveland, OH (Hybrid) | Full-Time

    North Union Farmers Market is a nonprofit working to build a more fair and equitable local food system by connecting farmers and communities across Northeast Ohio.

    About the Role

    The Executive Director leads the organization’s strategy, operations, and fundraising. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple market sites, a small team (12–15 staff), and a budget under $500,000. The ED serves as the public face of NUFM and works closely with the Board, staff, and community partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead organizational strategy and daily operations
    • Supervise staff and support market success
    • Drive fundraising and build partnerships
    • Manage budget and financial oversight
    • Represent NUFM in the community

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of leadership experience
    • Fundraising and financial management skills
    • Strong communicator and team leader
    • Commitment to equity and community impact
