Position Summary
Partners for Sacred Places is seeking a paid intern to support outreach and engagement for upcoming initiatives in Chicago.
This opportunity provides hands-on experience in nonprofit consulting, community engagement, and program support, while contributing to meaningful work that supports congregations and their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach for the Chicago convening
- Conduct phone outreach and follow-up communications with organizations
- Track outreach efforts and support reporting
- Participate in team check-ins and project meetings
- Support Community Engagement and Capital Campaign Consulting projects
- Assist with administrative and project-based tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate (within the last five years)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Work Arrangement & Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Temporary position ending August/September 2026
- Flexible scheduling based on availability

Additional Information
This is a paid internship position that will be classified as a temporary, part-time employee and will follow standard onboarding and payroll procedures.
