Manager, Grant Operations
Salary Range $58,000-$65,000
Rebuilding Together, a national housing and community revitalization nonprofit with 109 affiliates around the country, is seeking a Grant Operations Manager to drive the implementation and administration of its diverse grant portfolio, which includes federal and corporate partnership grants. This position can work remotely and will report to the Senior Manager, Grant Operations.

The Grant Operations Manager will provide program management oversight for a diverse portfolio of grants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and timely implementation. This includes developing and maintaining grant policies, deliverables, and tracking systems, proactive communication with stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution and reporting for all grants.
This role is central to turning grant funding into real impact – helping neighbors in need and advancing Rebuilding Together’s vision of safe homes for all. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented project manager who excels at keeping complex grants and partnerships on track. They bring strong analytical and compliance skills, and will ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely execution, while also bringing enthusiasm for making a tangible difference in the lives of our neighbors.
