Lemontree is a nonprofit that builds technology to help hungry families navigate food assistance. We run a food helpline that connects people to the free food resources in their communities, and we’re hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be on the front lines of our text-based helpline, helping people in need find local food resources with empathy and care.
What We’re Looking For
Schedule
This schedule is not fixed. Shift assignments, including weekends and weekdays, will change based on helpline volume, team availability, and operational needs. Most weeks will include a combination of Sundays, Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, but coverage on other days may also be needed. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with a schedule that may shift from week to week.

Part-time, not a temporary position, entry level
Language requirements: Must be fluent, with strong written communication skills, in both English and Spanish
Compensation & Benefits: $15/hr, 401k with 4% match, 1 week of PTO & 1 week sick leave, accrued at 1/30 hrs worked
