🌍 Role Overview

This is a high-responsibility execution role.

You will ensure:

• systems are operational
• teams deliver
• timelines are met
• targets are achieved

👉 You are responsible for results, not just coordination.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

1. Program Execution

• Lead onboarding of 5,000 nominees
• Drive conversion of 1,760 existing nominees into active users
• Coordinate school onboarding via EduAid Africa
• Translate strategy into weekly execution plans

1. Cross-Team Coordination

• Align:
  • Technology (platform readiness)
  • Media (campaign execution)
  • Partnerships (funding timelines)

1. System Readiness

Ensure readiness of:

• nomination systems
• voting systems
• membership systems
• campaign execution workflows

👥 Team Leadership

• Manage interns and volunteers
• Assign tasks and track outputs
• Ensure accountability across all teams

🎯 Performance Targets (MANDATORY)

You will be evaluated based on:

• 5,000 nominees onboarded
• 1,760 nominees converted
• Active campaign execution
• Team delivery and coordination
• Weekly milestone completion

💰 Compensation & Growth

• Probation (Months 1–3): ₦80,000 – ₦150,000
• Post-Probation (Month 4): +20% increase

💰 Bonus Structure

Bonus is awarded based on:

• target achievement
• execution performance
• team collaboration

🏠 Relocation & Accommodation

• Temporary accommodation available during probation (if relocating)
• Monday–Friday stay available for non-local staff

Note:

Accommodation is basic/shared.

Personal expenses (feeding, utilities, etc.) are not covered.
