    Who We Are

The Water Project is a nonprofit organization unlocking human potential by providing reliable water projects to communities in sub-Saharan Africa who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation. Since 2006, we have been helping communities gain access to clean, safe water by providing training, expertise, and financial support for water project construction through our staff and implementing partners.

At The Water Project, we prioritize the well-being of our team. We provide competitive salaries and excellent benefits, which include fully covered medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and a generous vacation policy (ask anyone!).

    What The Role Is

The Donor Services Coordinator protects and operationalizes organizational revenue by ensuring accurate gift processing, recurring donor management, campaign execution, and fundraising platform integrity.

This role is execution focused. It requires strong Salesforce fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage revenue processes independently within established structures.

The Coordinator works primarily within the fundraising team and supports accurate revenue tracking across platforms.

This is a full-time position and may be located anywhere in the United States.
