    Role Overview:

    As a Finance Associate, you will be the backbone of our core finance function. Your mission is to ensure seamless accounting, rigorous statutory compliance, and airtight coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. We are looking for a professional with close attention to detail, a disciplined approach to record-keeping, and a deep understanding of Indian accounting principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Accounting & Financial Management
    • Payroll & HRMS: Validate employee data and bank details from HR for monthly payroll; maintain data integrity on HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka).
    • Accounts Payable: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and policy adherence.
    • Bookkeeping: Execute timely and accurate data entry into Tally ERP.
    • Tracking: Maintain comprehensive payment trackers for all vendor and employee disbursements.
    1. Statutory & Organizational Compliance
    • Taxation: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly TDS returns and ensure GST reconciliations between books and returns.
    • Statutory Dues: Manage timely filing and payment of PF and Professional Tax (PT).
    • Audit & Reporting: Generate Form 16/16A; coordinate with auditors and consultants for periodic reviews.
    • Process Discipline: Issue reminders for claims and documentation to ensure audit-ready financial records at all times.

    Required Qualifications & Experiences:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
    • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally ERP and working knowledge of TDS software.
    • Expertise: Strong familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards and statutory filing requirements.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional integrity, ability to handle confidential data, and a commitment to strict deadlines.
    • Communication: Excellent written and oral English; functional knowledge of the regional language is a plus.
    • Mindset: A proactive individual who thrives in semi-structured environments and believes in the power of public sector impact.
