    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Chief Student Experience Officer (CSEO), the Student Success Assistant/College Assistant provides part-time administrative, research, clerical, and student support services to advance the initiatives of the Office of the CSEO. This is a temporary position with a defined term of appointment.

    The Student Success Assistant/College Assistant will:

    • Collect and enter student experience data into relevant databases and tracking systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all records
    • Assist with the administration of student surveys and other data collection efforts in support of student experience research and program assessment initiatives
    • Monitor the office's email inbox, draft and send routine responses, route inquiries to appropriate staff, and flag time-sensitive items for follow-up
    • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct students, faculty, and staff to appropriate offices or personnel
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of the Chief Student Experience Officer
    • Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
    • Provide support for student-facing communications and outreach efforts as directed.
    • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks in support of the CSEO and the broader student success function

    Preferred Minimum Qualification:

    • High school diploma/GED

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment
    • A commitment to student success and educational equity
    • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or educational setting preferred
