    Santos Creations Educational Foundation (SCEF) is building a continental education participation, funding, and impact ecosystem across Africa.

    ๐ŸŒ Role Overview

    This is a high-impact technical leadership role.

    You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing the Unified Participation, Data & Education System (UPDS+), which powers:

    • nominee onboarding (target: 5,000+)
    • voting systems
    • school onboarding
    • scholarship and application portals
    • donation and wallet systems
    • membership and engagement systems

    ๐ŸŽฏ Core Responsibilities

    1. Platform Development
    • Build and manage fullstack systems for:
      • nominations and nominee profiles
      • voting engines (real-time participation)
      • school onboarding (EduAid Africa)
      • scholarship and exam application portals
      • donation and wallet systems
      • membership and merchandise systems
    1. System Integration
    1. Data Conversion & System Foundation
    • Convert 1,760 existing nominees from static to dynamic system
    • Structure database for scalability (5,000 โ†’ 50,000 future growth)
    • Ensure clean architecture for all modules
    1. System Performance & Stability
    • Ensure:
      • high performance
      • security
      • uptime (target: 99%)
    • Debug and optimize existing systems

    ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Leadership

    • Lead developers, interns, and technical contributors
    • Review and improve existing codebases
    • Guide development workflow and best practices

    ๐ŸŽฏ Performance Targets (MANDATORY)

    You will be evaluated based on:

    • Fully functional UPDS+ system deployed
    • Successful conversion of 1,760 nominees into dynamic database
    • Platform supporting 5,000+ nominees
    • Integration across all platforms
    • System uptime and performance stability
    • Delivery of all core modules before campaign phases

    ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation & Growth

    • Probation (Months 1โ€“3): โ‚ฆ120,000 โ€“ โ‚ฆ200,000
    • Post-Probation (Month 4): โ‚ฆ144,000 โ€“ โ‚ฆ240,000 (+20%)

    Bonus is awarded based on:

    • successful system deployment
    • performance stability
    • meeting development milestones
    • contribution to overall platform growth

    • How you will migrate them
    • How you will structure the database

    Describe a time a system failed or slowed down.

    • What caused the issue?
    • What did you do?
    • What was the result?
    1. Real Scenario (CRITICAL THINKING)

    During peak voting:

    • System becomes slow
    • Users drop off
