    ● Coordinate student ambassadors, including scheduling campus tours and assisting with training.

    ● Coordinate applicant Shadow Days and assist with scheduling.

    ● Represent Loyola School at high school fairs, partner schools, and other recruitment events throughout the New York City area.

    ● Assist with admissions marketing efforts, including social media content and event promotion.

    ● Provide general administrative support to the Admissions Office and assist with additional projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will:

    ● Hold a bachelor's degree (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).

    ● Be enthusiastic about education and eager to learn about independent school admissions.

    ● Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    ● Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    ● Enjoy working collaboratively while also taking initiative on assigned projects.

    ● Be comfortable learning new technology, including admissions databases

    ● Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, sound judgment, and a strong customer service mindset.
