We Swift Sports Organisation a grassroot community based organization in Uganda,East Africa located in Wakiso district, Nansana municipality.

We have walked up and down journey since 2018.

We were founded by coach who relocated to Kiteezi, Wakiso district in 2018 with a dream to solve some common problems in community through sports.

All this started with evening gathering for netball and fitness training. The coach reached one single mother who shared to her 3 friends. Everything started that way.

Gathering at School play ground 3 days week as school offered it attracted men,youth , children and everyone in community to join. By 2019 we had formed 4 clubs in different categories eventually we participated in seasonal tournament and won trophy,1 goat and 500.000 Uganda shillings.

Every activities and members were excited of new future plans of clubs growth as you can't know what a future holds 2020 Covid 19 pandemic came in which destroyed everything and our structure.

We had to relocated with few members who survived to Kazo, Nansana Division, Municipality, Wakiso district. We resumed trainings and new members started to join. The thing boasted again but we recognized many challenges which can be solved by only sports training. Coach shared an idea with few mature members to become a community based organization.

In 2022 we registered as a community based organization at Nansana Division, Nansana municipality, Wakiso district.

Since 2022 sports activities been going on well. We have different clubs in netball, football and rugby plus other programs which can reach out to the challenges among disadvantaged categories ( single mothers,girls school dropouts,and children)

Some the problem; Child Education support,Single mothers Natural skiling,Basic Education Class program,child Nutrition Program etc.

We have tried to implement some at low capacity and others inactive.

We have been depending on international and local well-wisher temporary donations to carry all our activities and office operations.

As the founder leader it has been a heavy burden on my neck since 2018. There's an English Proverbs that two heads and better than one. " We need an International Director" the purpose of this person it's more than a title but someone dedicated to start, implement and finishing. We need a mature person in all areas of life with a good experience of patronizing or directing a cause, project to reach it's destiny in simple term a potential person to work with in establishing Swift sports organisation dream. We are not looking for a worker, employee, freelance or job seeker no way but independent person and stable in terms of development, investment,financial, organizational and professionalism.

Our vision: Fight poverty through a sports talent.

Our mission: Discovering,developing,promoting and catering for well being of disadvantaged single mothers,girls and children.

The compensation will be in terms of organization share holding. Founder director and international director will benefit as indirectly as the organization projects grow.
