    Role Overview:

    The Senior Manager – Corporate Relations will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for the consulting firm by building high-value client relationships, shaping winning proposals, and expanding advisory engagements with measurable impact. The role combines strategic business development, client advisory, client servicing, and leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner delivering outcomes not just services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion:
      • Design and execute business development strategies aligned with consulting priorities.
      • Identify opportunities in sectors like CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering.
      • Build a robust pipeline across priority accounts and geographies.
    2. Client & Partner Engagement:
      • Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, funders, and foundations.
      • Act as a thought partner to co-create value-driven solutions for complex challenges.
      • Lead strategic partnerships and manage account scaling.
    3. Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure:
      • Lead end-to-end proposal development, including pricing and negotiations.
      • Collaborate with teams to craft compelling, insight-led pitches.
    4. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning:
      • Contribute to the firm's agenda through sector briefs and insights.
      • Represent the firm at industry platforms and policy dialogues.
      • Monitor sector trends and funding landscapes.
    5. Internal Leadership & Reporting:
      • Mentor junior team members and strengthen internal CRM discipline.
      • Monitor pipeline health and report on growth metrics to leadership.

    Qualifications & Experiences:

    • Experience: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, with 8 –12 years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or institutional business development.
    • Competencies:
      • Strategic and consultative selling.
      • Senior-level client relationship management.
      • Strong understanding of CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering.
      • Expertise in commercial structuring and proposal development.
      • Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.
    • Interpersonal Traits: Must be outcome-oriented with a strong sense of purpose.
      • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and navigate high-stakes, ambiguous consulting environments.
