    Development Partnership

    • Partner with the Development team to strengthen relationships with individual and corporate volunteers.

    • Help identify volunteers and community partners who may have interest in deeper involvement with HASK.

    • Support stewardship and engagement activities that help build long-term relationships.

    • Gain exposure to fundraising and development strategies as part of professional growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • 3+ years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, nonprofit programs, partnership development, events, hospitality, or a related field.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Comfortable with volunteer databases, spreadsheets, and standard workplace technology.
