Senior Fundraising Consultant – Campaign & Donor Development

Psychological and Developmental Relief Society (PDRS) is seeking an exceptional Senior Fundraising Consultant to build and lead a fundraising campaign from the ground up.

We have an established organization, website, and international donation infrastructure—but no existing donor base or established audience.

You will take ownership of the campaign from strategy through execution: identifying donor opportunities, developing compelling fundraising approaches, building donor relationships, creating partnerships and outreach strategies, launching campaigns, and pursuing the channels most likely to generate results.

Our initial ambition is to raise $150,000 within 90 days, while building a foundation for sustainable fundraising beyond the initial campaign.

We are looking for someone with proven, measurable fundraising results, strong donor-development skills, and the ability to build fundraising initiatives from zero. Experience with U.S. and international donors is highly valued.

Compensation is highly competitive for the right candidate. We value demonstrated results, initiative, and the ability to execute independently.

Working proficiency in English sufficient to perform the role effectively.
