Who We Are and What We Do:

Women Deliver is a global feminist organization with a clear vision: A gender-just world where all girls, women, and gender-diverse people have control over their bodies and lives. We believe sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) are the cornerstones of bodily autonomy and have convened gender equality advocates from all levels of power for almost two decades to advance this cause.

Since our founding 20 years ago, Women Deliver has continually evolved, and this evolution has accelerated following the collapse of the gender equality ecosystem in 2025. Over the past year, in particular, we have shifted our programming, structure, and goals to catalyze and convene the gender equality ecosystem as it became increasingly clear that a shared political vision — and the systemic coordination needed to achieve it — were urgently needed but missing. Our strategic focus is now to build on our legitimacy and brand recognition as a convener, and on the depth and breadth of our partnerships across the gender equality ecosystem, to serve intentionally as an evolved catalytic organization in the current political context.

    Summary of Position:

At a time when the rights of girls and women are being challenged globally, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in mobilizing philanthropy, institutional funders, and the corporate sector to accelerate gender equality and help build a more just, equitable and inclusive world.

We are seeking an ambitious relationship-oriented Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of funding partners. This role will help to ensure that Women Deliver maintains its strong convening and catalytic role in the gender equality space by securing and stabilizing a solid funding base.

The Partnerships Manager plays a central role in building and sustaining accountable, mutually responsive relationships with Women Deliver’s institutional, philanthropic, and corporate funding partners throughout the grant lifecycle.

This exciting role leads day-to-day account management, coordinates grant reporting and partner engagement, and supports the renewal of funding agreements grounded in shared commitment to the mission. Working across the organization to ensure Women Deliver delivers on its commitments, this role serves as the primary link between funders and internal teams, building durable, principled relationships that sustain long-term investment in the movement for gender equality.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Partnerships and Resource Mobilization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partner Account Management

      • Manage a portfolio of institutional, philanthropic, and corporate funding partners, serving as the primary day-to-day relationship manager.
      • Develop and implement partner account plans that support strong stewardship, engagement, and long-term partnership growth.
      • Coordinate regular partner meetings, learning sessions, and strategic check-ins.
      • Support the coordination of Women Deliver’s funding partner engagement around strategic moments in the global calendar, including Women Deliver events (including Conferences), the UN General Assembly, and other global spaces to deepen relationships, support partnership cultivation and renewal.
      • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions for partner engagements (incl. In support of the President/CEOs meetings with funding partners).
      • Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase long-term value.
      • Steward the Partnerships team's use of Salesforce for effective partnership management, ensuring accurate, timely, and current tracking of partner records. Continuously define and improve how Salesforce is used for donor tracking, including gift commitments, prospects, and dashboarding, in service of more coordinated and data-informed partnership decisions.

    Grant Management & Renewals

      • Lead the coordination of grant reporting, managing related project plans, and ensuring all reports are high quality and submitted on time.
      • Manage grant calendars, reporting schedules, and key partnership milestones.
      • Manage and coordinate reporting inputs from program, finance, communications, and Design, Learning, and Impact teams.
      • Maintain donor pipeline and coordinate regularly with finance to track revenue and receivables.
      • Support the development and negotiation of grant renewals, amendments and extensions by coordinating internal planning, partner communications, and proposal development.
      • Identify renewal opportunities early and help ensure a seamless transition from reporting to renewed investment.
      • Develop partnership engagement opportunities and communications to help build and grow a community of funders who support Women Deliver and its mission.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

      • Serve as the central coordinator for partner commitments and communications across the organization, liaising regularly and consistently with teams and responding to partners.
      • Track actions arising from partner meetings and ensure timely follow-up, including with internal teams.
      • Coordinate with Senior Manager, Design, Learning and Impact, and Senior Associate, Finance (Budgeting and Grants), to track progress on grant deliverables and identify delivery risks and work with internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
      • Strengthen partnership management processes, tools, and templates, including collaborating with the Chief of Staff on institutional stewardship of Salesforce use organization-wide.
      • Improve reporting workflows and stewardship practices to enhance efficiency and partner experience.
      • Contribute insights that support stronger partner retention, renewals, and long-term engagement.

    Qualifications:

      • 6-8 years of progressive work experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, business development, or philanthropy, with a demonstrated track record of securing and managing institutional, corporate, and/or major donor partnerships.
