Home Provider - SGPRC

LEAP of California is looking for compassionate Home Providers to host adults with disabilities in

their home. If you are kind, have a welcoming home, and a desire for meaningful work, we'd love

to talk!

What we're looking for:

Do you have-

• A home (own or rent) with a spare room in Los Angeles County (San Gabriel, Pomona, West Covina, Pasadena, Diamond Bar, Claremont, El Monte, Diamond Bar, Baldwin Park, etc. – contact us for more information)
• An inclusive household - accepting of diverse identities
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically
• Commitment to being able to promote independence and personal growth
• Willingness to learn how to provide personalized care and support tailored to each individual’s needs--including assistance with daily activities such as medication management, meal preparation, etc.
