    We are hiring in four locations of Maharashtra viz., Konkan, Dhule, Nashik and Bheed.

    Experience: 2+ years onwards

    Salary: Upto 7.2 LPA

    Language Requirement: Marathi (Preferred) | Hindi | English

    About the Role:

    The Program Officer – Implementation will be responsible for driving on-ground execution of programs across assigned districts in Maharashtra. This role serves as a critical link between program design and delivery, ensuring effective implementation, strong community engagement, and high-quality documentation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local context, along with hands-on experience in field coordination and stakeholder management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Program Implementation & Coordination:

    • Lead end-to-end implementation of programs across assigned districts
    • Coordinate with central teams and support liaison with district administration and community stakeholders
    • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of program activities
    • Identify implementation gaps and proactively recommend corrective actions

    Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, and village-level stakeholders
    • Conduct community mobilisation activities across assigned districts
    • Conduct regular field visits to track program progress and collect, verify, consolidate field data
    • Prepare reports, field notes, and program documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of program activities and beneficiary data

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Education: Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Agriculture, or a related field

    Core Skills: Program implementation and field operations, Data collection, and record management, Government stakeholder coordination, Community mobilisation

    Behavioural Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and adaptability, High ownership and accountability.
